I'll send you a message with my first draft of the sketch. Approve drafts as soon as they feel just right. Minor revisions are included within the price.
Sketch phase
I'll send a sketch, you give feedback, and I'll make any requested edits.
Color phase
I'll send a colored render, you give feedback, and I'll make any requested edits.
Requesting a big concept change qualifies as a Major Revision and requires an additional minimal amount of 50% per item. This may apply at any point in the process.
A request for a Major Revision will not be fulfilled until a payment is received.

When receiving either an invoice or a draft review, failure to respond after 3 days equips the Paused label. This label puts orders at risk for removal from the waitlist.

There are no penalties for submitting your order if you decide to cancel before payment.
Declining the commission while Pending will not put you on a blacklist.
Postponing the commission while Pending may either remove your order from the queue or have it be placed further down.
Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you have read and agree to the Terms of Service (TOS).
Any of my associated business partners are also protected by these terms.
These Terms of Service may be revised and updated at my sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately and apply to all aspects of business.

PayPal only, using USD currency.
The agreed upon payment is required in full before production begins.
Invoicing is drafted once I have reached your order in the queue.
Invoice expires 3 days after being issued.
Payments are to be made on the assigned due date, despite the project milestone.
Failure of payment puts your order at risk for removal from the Waitlist.
Refunds
Commissions are non-refundable.
The one acceptable condition for a refund is if upon Production Initiation* you have received no updates on your commission within 14 days.
*Production Initiation marks the start of production — not upon the moment of order submission, confirmation, nor payment. You will be notified when I start your commission.

Responses
I am available early mornings and late evenings due to my day job.
I will respond appropriately to messages sent outside of my regular hours.

You may only request my style of illustration, not someone else’s.
Delivered products are digital goods. No physical products will be shipped.
For 3D Character commissions, please provide written approval from your Concept Artist permitting me to reference their artwork for the project.
My art stream schedule varies depending on my workload.
Please do not request to modify what type of content I choose to livestream and when.
Granting permission to stream your commission does not guarantee a feature.
I deliver results only when I am offline, as to protect your privacy.
All commissions are for Personal Use* only.
I reserve all rights to my artwork. This includes reselling my works if I so choose.
If I am considering selling a commissioned piece, out of courtesy I will ask if you would like to reconsider your purchase for Commercial Rights. My query may happen either before or after the creation of your commission. Denying or failing to respond to my query does not waive my right to resell.

I do not support art theft. The art that I create is not to be used for training AI, generating NFTs, nor for the exchange of cryptocurrency.
*Personal Use is to use the provided artwork without profit. It is considered Personal Use to upload Emotes among Twitch, YouTube, or Discord as rewards for use in your community chatrooms.
The Artist reserves the right to determine additional fees for additional work. Requests that require a fee will not be fulfilled until payments are received.
Base Design Fee
This is so that I can be compensated for drawing one of your designs for the first time.
Major Revisions Fee
Major Revisions* require an additional minimal amount of 50% per item. For example, a big concept change. Minor revisions are already included among the price including subtle changes to markings, color, or shading.
Potential charges may be addressed and discussed when requests from the client seem to be surpassing the original, agreed-upon payment.
*The Artist determines what qualifies as a Major Revision.

By purchasing the following Add-ons, the artist can no longer benefit from publicly presenting or reproducing your commission for profit. So they must account for at least some of the future value that they will be losing access to. Pricing is determined on a case by case basis. I am open to chat about any considerations of purchasing Add-ons.
NDA
Purchasing an NDA prevents the artist from posting about your commission online. An NDA protects the privacy of all project information from becoming public.
Commercial Rights
Purchasing Commercial Rights is to profit directly from the Completed Artwork* as your own. As a bonus for 2D commissions, you receive quality 2D images which are upscaled for print. Without Commercial Rights, you end up with small file sizes which are only for digital use, online.
Quality prints require the artist to start the artwork with larger dimensions. To avoid potential charges, it's best to let the artist know that you're considering a purchase of Commercial Rights before the start of the project. Otherwise, you'll end up with merch that is pixelated or blurry upon printing — and, more importantly — without commercial rights, files are illegal to use for printing merchandise.With the purchase of Commercial Rights, you receive the rights to:
– Produce merchandise from the Completed Artworks that are delivered to you
– Sell the artwork as is for your own profit
– Edit, recolor, and remove watermarks
– Use the artwork without crediting the artist
*Completed Artworks refers to the digital products delivered to you as a result of paying the Artist for their services.
